Phase One: Requirements Consultation and Plan Confirmation
I. Requirements Communication: The account manager will communicate with you in detail to confirm the following key matters:
(1) Product Material: Select the base material from paper materials (virgin wood pulp, bamboo pulp, bamboo-wood mixed pulp, TAD, lotion paper) or non-woven fabrics (100% cotton, 100% viscose fiber, 100% polyester fiber, etc.).
(2) Product Specifications: Determine the finished product dimensions (length × width), grammage (GSM), folding method (such as [N-fold/V-fold/etc.]) and the number of sheets per pack.
(3) Functional Processes: Select the embossing type (pearl/EF/plain/wave pattern), sterilization method (high temperature/irradiation/ethylene oxide/quaternary ammonium salt, etc.) and whether special treatments such as antibacterial or lotion addition are required.
(4) Packaging Design: Discuss packaging form (e.g., hanging bag), printing content, and design style preferences.
II. Plan and Quotation: Based on the confirmed requirements, we will provide you with:
(1) A detailed product specification confirmation sheet.
(2) A transparent product quotation.
(3) A preliminary cooperation plan and timeline.

Phase Two: Contract Signing and Design
Contract Signing: Both parties review and sign the formal "Product Customization Contract," clarifying technical parameters, price, delivery date, payment terms, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
(2) Design and Plate Fees: After the contract is signed, we provide professional packaging design services. A [¥2000] design deposit will be collected in advance. This fee can be fully deducted from the final payment. After the design is finalized and confirmed by both parties, plate fees will be charged based on the colors used in the final design.
(3) Prepayment Stage: After the above steps are confirmed and signed by both parties, please pay 50% of the total order amount as a prepayment to initiate subsequent design, plate-making, and raw material procurement work.
(4) Written Sample Confirmation: After reviewing the sample and confirming it meets expectations with no issues, provide written confirmation by signing off on the sample.

Phase Three: Production and Quality Inspection
(1) Packaging Material Preparation and Production Scheduling: Package materials are printed according to the confirmed design. All raw materials and packaging materials undergo quality inspection upon arrival at the factory. Subsequently, your order will be officially scheduled into the production plan.
(2) Full Production Process and Quality Inspection: Strict in-process quality spot checks are implemented during production. After production is completed, finished products undergo a full inspection to ensure stable and compliant product quality.

Phase Four: Final Payment and Logistics Dispatch
(1) Final Payment Settlement: Upon completion of mass production and quality inspection, we will notify you to pay the remaining 50% balance of the contract.
(2) Arranging Shipment: After receiving the final payment, we will arrange logistics shipment within 1-5 working days and provide you with the shipping information, tracking the shipment until safe delivery.
