What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 cases for white label orders, but we're flexible — especially for first-time buyers testing the market. For custom-printed packaging (full-color printing on poly bags and cartons), the MOQ is 3,000 cases due to plate-making and setup costs. Contact us for a customized quote based on your target volume. -
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we strongly encourage it. We offer free existing stock samples so you can evaluate the product quality, absorbency, and softness firsthand. Branded samples (with your logo) are available for a small fee to cover setup, and typically ship within 3–5 working days. International courier shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. -
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production lead time is 15–20 working days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Shipping transit time depends on destination: 12–15 days to US West Coast, 18–22 days to Europe, 14–18 days to Australia. Express production (10 working days) is available for urgent orders up to 5,000 cases. -
What material are the hand towels made from?
Our bottom pull paper hand towels are made from 100% virgin wood pulp sourced from FSC-certified sustainable forests. We use no recycled fiber, no fluorescent whitening agents, and no harmful chemicals. The result is a pure, white, highly absorbent towel that meets hygiene standards for medical, food service, and hospitality use. -
What packaging options are available?
We offer flexible packaging configurations. Standard: individual poly bag (150–250 sheets), 6 packs per inner box, 4 inner boxes per master carton. Custom: sheet count, pack count, and carton dimensions can all be adjusted to match your market requirements and retail channel needs. -
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms including net-30 and revolving credit. -
What certifications does MEDTISSUE hold?
MEDTISSUE is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 13485 (medical devices), CE marking (European conformity), and FSC (sustainable forestry). How should I store the hand towels? What is the shelf life?
Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and moisture. Recommended conditions: 15–30°C (59–86°F), relative humidity below 75%. Under proper storage, the product maintains full quality for 3 years from the date of manufacture. Each carton is marked with production date and batch number for traceability. -
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and international express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For small trial orders under 1 CBM, we recommend air freight or express courier. For regular commercial orders, FCL (Full Container Load) offers the best per-unit cost. We have preferential rates with major ocean carriers serving North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
