Meidi Medical Launches Dry Ultrasound Gel Wipes – W-Fold Bulk Carton
Meidi Medical has launched its Dry Ultrasound Gel Wipes – W-Fold Bulk Carton for ultrasound departments, examination centers, and labs. The box uses a top-pull design with dual oval openings. One pull, one sheet. Your hand never touches the rest.
In an ultrasound exam, wiping paper touches both the patient's skin and the probe. Traditional open-sheet packaging leaves paper sitting in open air. Dust settles on it. Conventional rolls and folded paper are awkward to dispense and risk cross-contact.
The top-pull box has two oval cutouts on the top face. One pull, one sheet. Your hand never touches the next sheet. No more "pull one, get half a stack."
The W-fold opens to a surface area that wipes coupling gel off probe and skin in one pass. The natural gaps at the fold creases trap extra liquid. The surface stays dry.
The spec sheet: 265 mm × 430 mm, four-ply long-fiber virgin wood pulp, 20 gsm per ply. Lightweight enough to be soft on skin. Four plies thick enough to hold its shape wet. 200 sheets per box. In an ultrasound room running 50 to 80 patients a day, one box lasts 2 to 3 working days. Less restocking, less downtime.
The box is 32 × 25 × 24 cm. Small enough to sit on an ultrasound console, a mobile cart, or a shelf. No wall mounting, no drilling. Move it where you need it.
Made in Meidi's Class 100,000 cleanroom. Internal standard: bacterial count under 5 CFU/g. Low dust, no lint shedding, holds up wet without tearing.
