Today, without saying a word, I snuck into the campus recruitment fair to see how my HR folks are hiring people

I wore a plain jacket and a mask (afraid of being recognized).

Then I saw this:

Our booth was packed with a sea of people. Turns out, our company's benefits are really in high demand out there. That feeling of being recognized is even more satisfying than closing a big deal.
