The Day Our Thai Hospital Finally Got the Quality Docs It Deserved
The Story
Worranipa is the purchasing manager at a mid-sized private hospital in Bangkok. A few months ago, she was reviewing a new shipment of custom facial tissues — their logo printed on the box, a nice mint-green color their marketing team had picked.

The Shortlist Problem
Worranipa’s hospital had been putting together a new supplier shortlist for custom facial tissues and medical hand towels. Three manufacturers from China had made it to the final round.
Supplier A had the lowest price. Fast lead times too.
“But when we started asking about their cleanroom certification, packaging sterilization method, and pulp source, they went quiet for three days,” she says. “Supplier B sent us a brochure. It looked nice. But no actual test reports, no third-party lab data, no clear answer on bacterial limits.”
