    Short Description

    • Meidi Medical has spent 28 years making medical-grade wiping consumables, exporting to 80+ countries and supplying 300+ of China's top-tier (Grade-III-A) hospitals.

The EO-Sterile Maternity Paper Series is built for the whole obstetrics floor, in four grammages, every one of them ethylene oxide (EO) sterilized and fully aerated before it ships. The series supplies medical-device distributors serving hospitals, and it also fits the in-hospital vending cabinets where mothers buy their own. It closes two gaps that ordinary postpartum paper leaves open: no sterilization step at all before the sheet touches broken mucosa, and a wet sheet that tears and sheds exactly where it should not.

Why buyers trust us (stated up front): the entire series is EO sterilized and fully aerated, meeting the infection-control requirements for mucosa-contact use in obstetrics; 28 years making medical wipes in a 5,000 m2 GMP Class 100,000 cleanroom with 15 dedicated production lines; proven in 300+ top-tier hospitals and 80+ countries; 18 patents behind our fiber-selection and pressing process.

Where It Is Used — End Users and Clinical Scenarios

End users: obstetrics and gynaecology departments of general hospitals, maternal and child health hospitals, specialist obstetric hospitals, private maternity hospitals, and postpartum care centres (medical-institution settings)

Delivery room: wiping before and after vaginal or caesarean delivery, and bed lining that catches amniotic fluid, blood, and lochia. The 800 gsm sheet handles high fluid volumes, 230 gsm covers wiping through labour, and 250 gsm lines and protects the bed.

Postpartum ward: intimate-area cleaning and lochia wiping after delivery. The 120 gsm sheet suits daily care and removes the bacterial-overload risk that comes with ordinary tissue.

Gynaecology exam room: skin wiping before and after internal examinations. EO sterilized at medical grade, which lowers cross-infection risk.

In-hospital vending cabinets: mothers buy their own individually wrapped packs to top up supplies on the ward, ready to use straight from the pack.

The problems it solves: shop-sold postpartum paper goes through no sterilization step, yet it comes into direct contact with broken mucosa after delivery. Ordinary tissue breaks apart and sheds when wet, leaving fragments where they should not be, an infection risk in gynaecological care.

      Brand and Manufacturing Strengths

We work only in medical wiping paper, we know obstetric infection-control requirements, and the certifications are complete, enough for hospital intake, tenders, and distributor operations.

Our own plant with EO sterilization on site keeps the whole sterilization and aeration process under our control, with the pass rate to show for it.

A full product matrix — the EO-Sterile maternity series, ultrasound gel wipes, hospital hand towels and more — so a distributor can stock a department from one supplier.

Packaging specifications are flexible: large departmental packs and individually wrapped vending-cabinet packs, with fast sampling and OEM orders accepted.

Sales materials, product brochures, and test reports ship with the product, which supports distributors building the channel.

      How We Work Together

Medical-device distributor distribution (core channel): we supply distributors, who handle hospital approval, delivery, and intake. This is the main route for the product.

In-hospital vending cabinets: we provide individually wrapped specifications built for cabinet retail; the operator runs the machines on the ward.

SPD projects: we plug into hospital SPD consumable supply chains and sit in the department catalogue for centralized supply.

Tenders: complete certification documents supplied for hospital and maternal-care tenders.

OEM/ODM: grammage adjustment, custom sizes, custom packaging print, and private label.

Sampling: clinical samples for distributors and hospital departments.

      Core Advantages

        1. Full ethylene oxide sterilization, fully aerated

Every grammage in the series is EO sterilized and fully aerated before release, which is where it separates from the unsterilized postpartum paper sold in shops. For sheets that come into contact with broken mucosa after delivery, that difference is the whole point: it meets the infection-control requirement and lowers the risk of postpartum infection.

        1. Four grammages and four dedicated sizes — one series for the whole pathway

Daily postpartum care at 120 gsm (34 x 60 cm), routine delivery-room work at 230 gsm (34 x 60 cm), bed lining at 250 gsm (42 x 60 cm), and high-fluid deliveries at 800 gsm (34 x 60 cm). Delivery room and ward are covered by a single series, so distributors can promote it as one bundle and departments can buy it on one line item.

        1. Virgin wood pulp with high wet strength and low lint

It holds together when wet and does not shed fibers onto skin, so no paper residue is left in intimate areas, a detail that removes a real clinical worry. No fluorescent brighteners.

        1. Two sales routes from one product

Supply it as a department consumable through distributors, or pack it as an individually wrapped unit for the in-hospital vending cabinet and sell direct to mothers. The second route opens revenue the first one does not reach.

        1. Sterilization packaging that clears hospital intake

Sterilization marks are clear and packaging information is complete, so the product passes hospital intake and infection-control inspection without back-and-forth. Vending-cabinet retail specifications can be customized.
