       The Medical Dust-Free Hand Towels are the general-purpose medical wipe in the Meidi medical-wipe range, made from virgin wood pulp formed by an air-laid process. They fix the three things ordinary tissue fails at in wet, precision wiping: it falls apart and sheds the moment it gets wet, the fibers contaminate what you are wiping, and there is no wet strength to begin with. Use them for medical hand drying and cleaning, or extend them to foodservice and industrial cleanroom settings. A Class 100,000 medical cleanroom grade is also available.

  Ordinary tissue fails three ways in medical and precision wiping. This product fixes each one at the fiber level:

  Twice the wet strength: wood pulp fibers interlock in three dimensions and are heat-set into a web, so wet tensile strength comes in at more than double ordinary tissue. It survives soaking and rubbing, and you can wipe the same surface repeatedly. Ordinary tissue tears and sheds the moment it gets wet, which rules it out for operating rooms, ultrasound rooms, and labs.

  Absorbs 3-6 times its own weight: the open, porous structure soaks up liquid fast and holds a lot of it. Water, couplant, and oil wipe clean with nothing soaking back through, and one sheet covers a large area — so you pull fewer sheets per job.

  Degradable: virgin wood pulp with no plastic lamination. It breaks down naturally after use, so disposal is no environmental burden in medical or foodservice settings.
